How does this work?

First, become a client.

Then refer a friend, colleague, or family member. When that person comes in for massage therapy, we will contact you about your free gift certificate.

 

Sauna

Sweating is the body’s natural way to heal and stay healthy. Full spectrum infrared sauna therapy is beneficial for natural healing and prevention because of its ability to penetrate human tissue resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat. It is known to assist with detoxification, weight loss, pain management, heart health and skin purification. Infrared can also provide relief from fibromyalgia, arthritis, and neck and back pain because it warms and reels joints and muscle tissue.

Infrared heat is completely safe and healthy for all living things. It is the same heat used in hospitals to warm premature babies. The infrared spectrum consists of 3 wavelengths – near, mid and far. Each wavelength provides different health benefits. We offer Solocarbon Full Spectrum from Sunlighten to target individual health needs. Full spectrum saunas are 7 times more effective for detoxification than traditional saunas and can burn up to 600 calories in a 30 minutes session.

Cost: Book a sauna session with a massage ($1 per minute)

Mini-Spa Day

Mini-Spa’s are a fantastic way to de-stress and give as gifts.

Your mini-spa will begin with a warm paraffin bath to the hands. Paraffin softens and soothes skin while the heat is known to soothe aching joints and increase circulation.

While your skin is soaking up the oils, you will receive a back massage while you sit in the massage chair.

This is followed by 1 1/2 hour massage of the arms, legs, neck, and head on a lightly heated massage bed.

You will finish with a 15 minute in the infrared sauna.

Shower and dress. Feel the bliss.

Cost: $120.00

Time involvement: 2.5-3 hours

 

Chair Massage

Hire the chair with the massage therapist to go with it!  

This is a great way to reward your employees, say thank you to colleagues, and even give a gift to the people in your wedding party. The Founder of Arwyn Wellness, Jo, will come to you, with chair in arms.

Cost: $45/hour from time of set up to time of clean up

Time involvement: Hire the chair for an hour or even half a day

 

Reflexology

Consider a heavenly massage with reflexology techniques to the feet or hands. This is a relaxing time like no other.

Cost: $30.00

Time involvement: 30 minutes
